This Privacy Policy explains how Dollar Life, LLC ("Dollar Life," "we," "us," or "our"), a company based in the State of Texas, collects, uses, and protects information when you visit dollarlifeclub.com (the "Site"), sign up for updates, or otherwise interact with us about the Dollar Life Duel mobile app for iPhone (the "App"). By using the Site, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information you voluntarily provide to us, including:

  • Email address, when you sign up for updates or beta testing.
  • Phone number, only if you choose to enter it and check the separate text-message consent box on the sign-up form.
  • Communication preferences, such as whether you've opted in to marketing texts or beta testing.
  • Usage data, such as pages visited and general device/browser information, collected automatically for basic site analytics and security.

We do not currently collect payment information, precise geolocation, or account data through the Site. Our App Privacy Policy governs data collected through the App itself (such as gameplay activity, in-app coin balances, and device identifiers).

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Send you marketing text message updates about Dollar Life Duel, such as app news, launch announcements, and beta invitations, if you opted in;
  • Contact you regarding beta testing opportunities, if you requested them;
  • Send a one-time verification code by text message when you enter your phone number on the sign-in screen of the App and ask for a code;
  • Respond to inquiries sent to our support address;
  • Maintain, secure, and improve the Site;
  • Comply with legal obligations.

3. SMS / Text Messaging Terms

By providing your phone number and checking the SMS consent box on our Site, you consent to receive recurring automated marketing text messages (such as launch announcements and beta invitations) from Dollar Life at the number provided.

  • Consent is not a condition of purchase. You are never required to opt in to marketing text messages to use the Site or the App.
  • Message frequency varies, up to approximately 4 messages per month.
  • Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier plan.
  • Reply STOP at any time to cancel and unsubscribe from further messages. You will receive one final confirmation message that no further messages will be sent.
  • Reply HELP for help, or contact us at support@dollarlifeclub.com.
  • Supported carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Account verification messages (sign-in codes). Separately from the marketing messages above, when you enter your phone number on the sign-in screen of the Dollar Life app and ask for a code, we send you a text message containing a one-time verification code (1 message per request) to confirm your identity and secure sign-in. These messages are transactional: they are sent only because you asked for a code, they contain no marketing, and they are not part of the marketing program above. You do not give marketing consent by signing in, and you never need to opt in to marketing texts to sign in. Every text comes from the same number, so replying STOP to any of them stops all texts from that number, including sign-in codes; reply START to receive codes again, or email support@dollarlifeclub.com. No mobile opt-in data or phone numbers collected for the purpose of text messaging — whether for marketing or account-security purposes — will be shared with, sold to, or disclosed to any third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes, at any time, under any circumstance. The providers that deliver our text messages and manage our sign-up list process this information only on our behalf, to send the messages you asked for, and may not use it for any other purpose.

Marketing opt-in is collected exclusively through the standalone, unchecked consent checkbox on our Site at dollarlifeclub.com. Sign-in codes are requested by you in the App and do not involve marketing consent. This consent is specific to the Dollar Life Duel messaging program described above and is not shared, sold, or reused for any unrelated messaging program.

4. Cookies & Similar Technologies

The Site may use minimal cookies or local storage to remember basic preferences and to understand aggregate traffic. We do not use this data to build advertising profiles or sell it to third parties.

5. Sharing of Information

Aside from the SMS-specific restrictions described in Section 3, we may share limited information with service providers who perform functions on our behalf (such as hosting, email and phone-list management through Sender.net, or SMS delivery), who are contractually obligated to protect your information and use it only to provide services to us. We do not sell your personal information. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information won’t be shared with any third parties.

6. Data Retention

We retain phone numbers and related opt-in records for as long as needed to operate the messaging program and to demonstrate compliant consent, or until you opt out via STOP and request deletion.

7. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and to opt out of marketing communications at any time. To exercise these rights, text STOP to opt out of messaging, or email us at support@dollarlifeclub.com.

8. Children's Privacy

The Site and the App are not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

9. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect the information we collect. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Material changes affecting SMS consent will not be applied retroactively without new consent.
