This Privacy Policy explains how Dollar Life LLC ("Dollar Life," "we," "us," or "our"), a company based in the State of Texas, collects, uses, and protects information when you visit dollarlifeclub.com (the "Site"), sign up for updates, or otherwise interact with us ahead of the launch of the Dollar Life Duel mobile app (the "App"). By using the Site, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
1. Information We Collect
We collect information you voluntarily provide to us, including:
- Phone number, when you sign up to receive text message updates or express interest in beta testing.
- Communication preferences, such as whether you've opted in to marketing texts or beta invitations.
- Usage data, such as pages visited and general device/browser information, collected automatically for basic site analytics and security.
We do not currently collect payment information, precise geolocation, or account data through the Site. Once the App launches, a separate in-app privacy policy will govern data collected through the App itself (such as gameplay activity, in-app coin balances, and device identifiers).
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Send you text message updates about the Dollar Life Duel launch, features, and availability, if you opted in;
- Contact you regarding beta testing opportunities, if you requested them;
- Respond to inquiries sent to our support address;
- Maintain, secure, and improve the Site;
- Comply with legal obligations.
3. SMS / Text Messaging Terms
By providing your phone number and checking the SMS consent box on our Site, you consent to receive recurring automated marketing text messages (such as launch announcements and beta invitations) from Dollar Life at the number provided.
- Consent is not a condition of purchase. You are never required to opt in to text messages to use the Site or, later, the App.
- Message frequency varies, up to approximately 4 messages per month.
- Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier plan.
- Reply STOP at any time to cancel and unsubscribe from further messages. You will receive one final confirmation message that no further messages will be sent.

- Supported carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
No mobile opt-in data or phone numbers collected for the purpose of text messaging will be shared with, sold to, or disclosed to any third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes, at any time, under any circumstance. Mobile information may only be shared with subcontractors who help us deliver the messaging service itself (for example, our SMS delivery platform), solely for that purpose.
Opt-in is collected exclusively through the standalone, unchecked consent checkbox on our Site at dollarlifeclub.com. This consent is specific to the Dollar Life Duel messaging program described above and is not shared, sold, or reused for any unrelated messaging program.
4. Cookies & Similar Technologies
The Site may use minimal cookies or local storage to remember basic preferences and to understand aggregate traffic. We do not use this data to build advertising profiles or sell it to third parties.
5. Sharing of Information
Aside from the SMS-specific restrictions described in Section 3, we may share limited information with service providers who perform functions on our behalf (such as hosting or SMS delivery), who are contractually obligated to protect your information and use it only to provide services to us. We do not sell your personal information.
6. Data Retention
We retain phone numbers and related opt-in records for as long as needed to operate the messaging program and to demonstrate compliant consent, or until you opt out via STOP and request deletion.
7. Your Rights

8. Children's Privacy
The Site and the upcoming App are not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect the information we collect. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Material changes affecting SMS consent will not be applied retroactively without new consent.
