Text Messaging (SMS) Programs
Dollar Life, LLC, a company based in the State of Texas, sends text messages (SMS) for the Dollar Life Duel app in two separate programs. The first sends a one-time verification code, only when you enter your phone number in the app and ask for a code to sign in. It contains no marketing. The second sends optional marketing texts about Dollar Life Duel, only if you check a separate, unchecked box on dollarlifeclub.com. Checking that box is never required to use the app, to sign in, or to receive sign-in codes, and signing in never signs you up for marketing texts. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to a text to opt out, reply HELP for help, or email support@dollarlifeclub.com. This page shows the exact consent wording, a sample message and the key terms for each program.
Program 1: Account verification texts (sign-in codes)
The Dollar Life app signs you in with your mobile number. When you enter it and ask for a code, we text you a one-time verification code to confirm the number is yours. These texts are transactional. They contain a code and nothing else: no marketing and no promotions.
- Sender
- Dollar Life, LLC (Dollar Life Duel app)
- Message type
- One-time verification codes for signing in. No marketing or promotional content.
- When we send one
- Only after you enter your phone number in the app and ask for a code, by tapping “Text Me a Code” or “Resend code” on the sign-in screen. If you change the phone number on your account, a code goes to the new number only after you tap “Text a Code to Verify” or “Resend code” in Account Settings. We never send a code you did not request.
- Frequency
- 1 message per request.
- How you agree
- By tapping “Text Me a Code” on the sign-in screen, or “Text a Code to Verify” when changing your number in Account Settings, after reading the wording below. There is no checkbox, and no marketing consent is requested or implied in this step.
- Cost
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Opt out
- Reply STOP to opt out. Because every text comes from the same number, replying STOP stops all texts from it, including sign-in codes. Reply START to turn them back on.
- Help
- Reply HELP for help, or email support@dollarlifeclub.com.

When a signed-in user changes their phone number, Account Settings shows the same wording and links under its “Text a Code to Verify” button, with that button’s name:
By tapping Text a Code to Verify, you agree to receive a one-time verification code by text message from Dollar Life (1 message per request). Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out.
