Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of dollarlifeclub.com (the "Site") and any related communications, including text messages, offered by Dollar Life LLC ("Dollar Life," "we," "us," or "our"), a company based in the State of Texas, ahead of the launch of the Dollar Life Duel mobile app (the "App"). By using the Site or opting in to our text messaging program, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Acceptance of These Terms

By accessing the Site, submitting your phone number, or consenting to receive text messages from us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Together they describe how we handle your information and communicate with you.

2. Eligibility

The Site and the upcoming App are intended for users who are 18 years of age or older. By using the Site or opting in to our messaging program, you represent that you are at least 18 and that the phone number you provide belongs to you or that you are authorized to use it.

3. The Site & Pre-Launch Status

The Site currently exists to share information about Dollar Life Duel, collect launch and beta interest, and let you opt in to updates. The App has not yet launched. Features, availability, timing, and functionality described on the Site are subject to change and may be discontinued at any time. When the App launches, separate in-app terms will govern your use of the App itself.

4. SMS / Text Messaging Program

Our text messaging program includes two categories of messages. By providing your phone number and checking the applicable consent box on our Site, you agree to the terms below.

a) Marketing messages. If you opt in, you consent to receive recurring automated marketing text messages (such as launch announcements and beta invitations) from Dollar Life at the number provided.

• Consent is not a condition of purchase. You are never required to opt in to text messages to use the Site or, later, the App.
• Message frequency varies, up to approximately 4 messages per month.
• Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier plan.
• Reply STOP at any time to cancel and unsubscribe from marketing messages. You will receive one final confirmation message that no further marketing messages will be sent.
• Reply HELP for help, or contact us at support@dollarlifeclub.com.
• Supported carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

b) Account security & two-factor authentication (2FA). Once the App launches, we may send you transactional text messages containing one-time verification codes to confirm your identity, secure sign-in, and protect your account (commonly called two-factor authentication). These messages are sent only when you request a code or take an action that requires verification. Because they are necessary to secure your account rather than to market to you, they are not part of the marketing program above and are not governed by the STOP keyword; you can control them by adjusting your security settings or by not using the features that require verification. Standard message and data rates may apply.

No mobile opt-in data or phone numbers collected for text messaging — whether for marketing or account-security purposes — will be shared with, sold to, or disclosed to any third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes, at any time, under any circumstance. Mobile information may only be shared with subcontractors who help us deliver the messaging service itself (for example, our SMS delivery platform), solely for that purpose.

5. Account Security & Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for keeping your phone and any verification codes secure and for all activity that occurs through verification of your number. Do not share one-time codes with anyone. We will never ask you to send us a verification code. If you believe your number or a future account has been compromised, contact us promptly at support@dollarlifeclub.com.

6. Acceptable Use

When using the Site, you agree not to:

• Submit a phone number you are not authorized to use, or provide false information;
• Use the Site or messaging program for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose, or in violation of carrier or applicable messaging rules;
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems;
• Copy, scrape, or exploit Site content or our branding without our prior written permission.

7. Intellectual Property

The Site and its content — including the Dollar Life and Dollar Life Duel names, logos, text, graphics, and design — are owned by Dollar Life LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to use our trademarks or content except as necessary to use the Site as intended.

8. Beta Testing

If you request to be considered for beta testing, participation is at our discretion and may be subject to additional terms provided at that time. Pre-release features are offered "as is," may be incomplete or change without notice, and should not be relied upon.

9. Disclaimers

The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that text messages will be delivered without delay.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dollar Life LLC and its owners, officers, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Site or messaging program, including undelivered or delayed messages. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site or these Terms will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100).

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dollar Life LLC and its owners, officers, and service providers from any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your misuse of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of- law rules. You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Texas, to the extent permitted by law.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes affecting SMS consent will not be applied retroactively without new consent.
