Need a hand? Email us at support@dollarlifeclub.com. Tell us the phone number or username on your account, what device and iOS version you use, and what happened. Please never send us a verification code or your password. We will not ask for one.

I did not get my sign-in code

• Check that the country and phone number are right, then tap to resend the code.
• Wait for the resend timer to finish before asking for another code, and make sure your phone has signal. Codes arrive as a text message and can take a minute.
• If you ever replied STOP to one of our text messages, reply START from the same number, or email us and we will help.
• Still stuck? Email us from the address above with your phone number.

Duel Coins

Duel Coins are a virtual currency for use inside the app. They have no cash value and cannot be cashed out. If a coin balance looks wrong after a match or a purchase, email us with the time of the match and your username and we will look into it.

Subscriptions, purchases and refunds

• Cancel or manage Dollar Life Pro: on your iPhone open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel it.
• Restore a purchase: use Restore Purchases on the Pro screen, signed in to the same account.
• Refunds: Apple handles refunds for App Store purchases. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
• Paid but did not get your coins or Pro? Email us with the date of the purchase and your username.

Report a player or content

If a player is harassing you, cheating, or using an inappropriate name or photo, email us with their username and a short description of what happened. We review reports and can remove content or suspend accounts.

Delete my account and data

You can delete your account in the app under Profile > Account settings, or email us and we will do it for you. This removes your profile and remaining Duel Coins. It does not cancel an App Store subscription, so cancel that first (see above). Details are in our App Privacy Policy.

Text messages

Reply STOP to any text from our number to opt out, or HELP for help. Replying STOP stops all texts from that number, including sign-in codes; reply START to get codes again.
